Every K-Tech spring is manufactured to DIN 2095 Grade 1 standards through a rigorous process: cold-coiling, heat-treating, tempering, and shot-peening. This ensures that the 95N rate remains stable and resistant to "sagging" even after years of high-cycle use.

The spring is finished with a zinc phosphate anti-corrosion layer and a durable red epoxy powder coat for a professional, race-ready look.
