Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

  • customs clearance,

  • force majeure events,

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the courier.

International Orders

Installation and Product Use

Motorcycle parts should be installed by qualified technicians.

Improper installation or misuse may result in:

  • vehicle damage,
  • accidents,
  • injury,
  • or death.

The customer assumes full responsibility for proper installation and usage.

Certain aftermarket parts may not be legal for road use in some jurisdictions.

 

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated:

  • manufacturer warranties apply where available,
  • workshop labour warranties are limited to (30/60/90) days.

Warranty does not cover:

  • improper installation,
  • racing use,
  • misuse,
  • accidents,
  • modifications,
  • or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims may require:

  • proof of purchase,
  • photos,
  • inspection,
  • or return of the product.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within [7/14] days of receiving the item.

Returned items must:

  • be unused,
  • in original packaging,
  • and in resalable condition.

We do not accept returns for:

  • installed products,
  • special orders,
  • clearance items,
  • or electrical components unless defective.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • consequential losses,
  • lost profits,
  • vehicle damage,
  • personal injury,
  • or downtime arising from use of our products or services.
