Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within:
- 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during:
- sales periods,
- high order volume,
- or supplier delays.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
We ship throughout Malaysia using selected courier partners.
Estimated delivery:
- West Malaysia: 1–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
Customers are responsible for:
- import duties,
- VAT/GST,
- customs fees,
- brokerage fees,
- and local compliance requirements.
International transit times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
We reserve the right to cancel shipments to restricted regions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination,
- package size,
- weight,
- and courier rates.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
Incorrect Address
Customers must ensure shipping details are accurate.
We are not responsible for:
- failed deliveries,
- returned parcels,
- or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect information.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- take photos immediately,
- retain all packaging,
- and contact us within 48 hours.
Claims may be denied if notification is delayed.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed:
- return shipping,
- customs charges,
- and related fees
may be deducted from any refund.
