The K-Tech Shock Absorber Spring 18-27N is a progressive-rate spring designed for riders who demand versatility. By utilizing a dual-rate winding, this spring offers an initial 18N rate for exceptional "small-bump" compliance and comfort, which transitions into a firmer 27N rate as the suspension compresses.
This makes it an ideal solution for street-focused motorcycles that need to handle both smooth highways and rougher backroads. Manufactured from high-grade Chrome Silicone wire, this spring follows K-Tech’s signature multi-stage treatment: cold coiling, heat treating, tempering, and shot peening. This ensures the spring maintains its precise dual-rate characteristics without losing its "set" over time.
The unit is finished with a protective zinc phosphate coating and a classic black epoxy powder coat for a subtle, OEM-plus appearance.
